How Reunite Assure works

From choosing your form to having it ready to mail — step by step, in your language.

1

Check eligibility & pick your form

Answer a few quick questions to see if you may meet the general USCIS requirements — then choose the form that fits your situation. We support 16 USCIS forms across naturalization, family, green card, and work authorization.

2

Answer questions in plain language

Our guided interview walks you through every section in English, Vietnamese, or Spanish. No legal jargon — we explain each field in plain language and tell you exactly what to enter.

3

Review your ready-to-file form

We organize your answers into the correct USCIS form, check for completeness and consistency, and generate a personalized filing checklist. You review everything before downloading.

4

File — and get translations or mailing if needed

Download your PDF and file it yourself, or add certified translations and expedited mailing for a flat fee. You always pay USCIS filing fees directly to USCIS — never to us.

Common questions

Is Reunite Assure a law firm?
No. We are self-help software, not a law firm. We help you prepare USCIS forms — the same forms available free at uscis.gov. We do not give legal advice and we do not guarantee any outcome.
What languages do you support?
English, Vietnamese, and Spanish. Our guided interview, field explanations, and support materials are available in all three.
Do I pay USCIS fees through Reunite Assure?
No. USCIS government filing fees are paid directly to USCIS when you submit your application. We charge only for our software assistance. You will never pay a USCIS fee to us.
What if my situation is complicated?
Complex situations — criminal records, prior removal orders, long periods out of status — may require a licensed attorney. Reunite Assure flags these situations and connects you to free and low-cost legal resources.

Reunite Assure is a self-help tool, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice and we do not guarantee any outcome.

We are not a notario. In the U.S., only a licensed attorney or BIA-accredited representative can give immigration legal advice.
