Reunite Assure
Get started

Built for trust

We built Reunite Assure to be something rare in the immigration space: a product completely honest about what it is and what it is not.

We are not a law firm

Reunite Assure is self-help software. We help you organize your information and complete USCIS forms -- the same forms you can download free at uscis.gov. We do not give legal advice, we do not tell you whether you qualify for any benefit, and we do not predict what USCIS will decide. For legal advice, consult a licensed immigration attorney or a BIA-accredited representative.

We are not a notario -- and you should know the difference

In many Latin American countries, a notario is a highly trained legal professional. In the United States, a notary public has a very different and much more limited role -- notaries witness signatures but cannot give immigration advice. Some people call themselves notarios or immigration consultants and charge for legal advice they are not licensed to provide. This is fraud. Report them to your state attorney general.

In the United States, only a licensed attorney or BIA-accredited representative can give you legal immigration advice.

USCIS forms are always free

Every USCIS form -- including N-400, I-130, I-485, I-765, and I-90 -- is available free at uscis.gov. You never have to pay anyone to get the form. What we charge for is software that helps you prepare and check your answers.

Your data is private and encrypted

Your immigration information is sensitive. We encrypt your data at rest and in transit, we do not sell your information to third parties, and you can delete your account and all your data at any time.

When to see a licensed attorney

Some situations are too complex for self-help software. Reunite Assure will always alert you when your situation may need a lawyer, and connect you to free or low-cost legal resources.

  • You have a criminal record of any kind
  • You have been deported or removed from the U.S.
  • You have been out of status or overstayed a visa
  • You entered the U.S. without inspection
  • Your prior applications were denied or withdrawn
  • You have applied for asylum or have a pending immigration court case
