Please read these terms carefully before using Reunite Assure. By creating an account or using the software, you agree to these terms.

What Reunite Assure is
Reunite Assure is self-help software that helps you prepare official USCIS forms in your own words. It can type the information you provide onto the correct form, explain a field by quoting official USCIS instructions, and run automated completeness and consistency checks on what you've entered.
No filing on your behalf
Reunite Assure prepares documents for you to review and file yourself. We do not submit forms to USCIS on your behalf, and we are not your authorized representative (we do not file a Form G-28 or any equivalent). You are responsible for reviewing your completed forms, signing them, and submitting them to USCIS according to its current instructions.
USCIS forms are free
Official USCIS forms are always free to obtain directly from USCIS at uscis.gov. The fee you pay to Reunite Assure is solely for the use of our software — it is separate from, and in addition to, any government filing fee USCIS may charge for your application. Paying us does not pay, reduce, or waive any USCIS filing fee.
Accounts
You need an account to use Reunite Assure. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been compromised.
Billing and pricing
Reunite Assure is sold on a one-time, per-form basis — there is no subscription. Each form is available at a "Self-Prep" or "Complete" pricing tier (where offered), and pricing is shown before you purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. A refund policy will be published before we charge real users; until then, no specific refund terms are promised, and any refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the software only for your own immigration paperwork (or that of someone you're authorized to help), and not to use Reunite Assure for any unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter — our completeness and consistency checks are automated aids, not a guarantee that your application is correct, complete, or will be approved.
AI field explainer
Our optional AI assistant explains form fields by quoting and summarizing official USCIS instructions. It is restricted to that purpose: it does not tell you which form or benefit to choose, does not evaluate your eligibility, and does not give legal advice. If your question touches on a sensitive topic (for example, criminal history, a prior removal or deportation, immigration fraud, being out of status, asylum or persecution, or unlawful-presence bars), the assistant will decline to respond and will direct you to consult a licensed immigration attorney instead of answering.
No guarantee of outcome
We cannot and do not guarantee that USCIS will approve your application, that your forms will be processed within any particular timeframe, or that the information or checklists in the software are free of error. USCIS forms, fees, and instructions change; you are responsible for confirming you're using the current version before you file.
Intellectual property
The Reunite Assure software, design, and content (other than official USCIS forms and instructions, and the information you provide) belong to us or our licensors. You may use it to prepare your own forms; you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the software itself.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Reunite Assure is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, including any USCIS decision on your application. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Your data and deletion
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time from your account settings.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above, and we'll ask you to acknowledge the updated terms the next time you use the software.
