Form I-129F is the petition to bring a foreign-national fiancé or fiancée to the United States on a K-1 nonimmigrant visa. The couple must marry within 90 days of entry.

U.S. citizens petitioning for a foreign fiancé(e) file this form. Lawful permanent residents are not eligible to file an I-129F.
